- Referee's will be expected to vouch for the application, therefore persons of standing in the engineering or educational field will enhance the likelihood of a successful request for an award.
- Progress reports and / or confirmation of achievement of the objective will be needed.
- Awards may contain stage payments with target's having to be reached to release further payments.
- All applicants for a grant must demonstrate genuine need and the decision of the Trustees is final.
If you have any queries do not hesitate in contacting the Secretary of the Trust for an informal discussion - the Trustee's have a wide remit and are keen to provide financial assistance to those persons and organisations involved in engineering that do not fall into the usual scheme of things. Each application will be judged on it's own merits.
Referee's will be required but the majority of contact, including interviews, will be arranged to take place in your locality.
Application forms are available from the Secretary and awards are available at any time of year.
